Location And Details
Power ranch is located near Power and Germann road, it is located on a 1,414-acre lot. Construction opened in 2000 and the community was quickly embraced for the family friendly atmosphere that it provided. Over 240 Acres of greenbelt and parks are open to residents, this includes over 26 miles of trail systems that weave through community connecting the 11 different neighborhoods and the amenities. Power Ranch is also home to two clubhouses, it also includes a 7 acre park. It also has a fishing lake complete with lakeside trails. There is also a 10-acre soccer complex. On-site lifestyle director manages a variety of programs, classes, clubs and annual events for kids and adults. There are currently 3 home builders in Power Ranch T.W. Lewis, Richmond American and D.R. Horton.
Design Planning and Neighborhoods

Power ranch was painstakenly planned down to the last detail. The planners looked to keep the notion of oldtime hometown neighborhoods yet have them connected into a large scale community.
Power ranch does a great job of reflecting the values of the Gilbert Area. The thoughtful design gives residents everything they could need for modern day living without giving up the hometown feeling many miss from there childhood. The landscaping at Power Ranch is meticulous from end to end. The streets are lined with beautiful trees, all of the eleven neighborhoods are build around a central park. This a place for local families to meet and mingle in a variety of manners.
There are a variety of options for young kids as well. Each neighborhood offers lots of activities without leaving the immediate area. The feeling that residents get of living in a tightly knit community is not a coincidence. Every neighborhood was given its own character, its own set of amenities and its own recreation areas. A winding trail system weaves its way through all eleven neighborhoods in the Power Ranch Community. Along the meandering trail you will find the Community Park, the Clubhouse, and a great deal of amenities.

From the lush landscaping to the tree lined streets, power ranch is gorgeous. The sidewalks are separated from the curbs by landscaping, each area has acres of green grass running through it. There are also over 26 miles of winding trails that connect all the neighborhoods to the community park.

The Power Ranch Clubhouse
The clubhouse has a 7.5 acre park that has activities for the entire family to enjoy. There is an almost 3 acre catch and release lake with an elegant pier. A splash fountain and a near Olympic sized pool also reside at the Clubhouse. There is also a full sized children’s playground, a full court basketball facility, picnic area with bar-b-que, a sand volleyball court and3 full sized soccer fields. The Home Owners Associations is also located in the 4000 square foot clubhouse.
The Barn & Trailside Community Park
No expense was spared with creating the second community park. The Barn has over 7 acres of trailside community. it has a massive catch and release lake with two shaded picnic pavilions. The barn has over 7,500 square feet and is a local favorite for weddings. It boasts a catering kitchen, bathroom facilities, and a large lawn. There is also a pool and a large splash area located nearby.
